We're challenged by it every day — discrimination and bigotry in our communities, bias and bullying in our schools.
- 1/3 of our youth have been bullied; 1 out of 6 have been cyberbullied
- 1 in 10 students report that someone at school has used hate-related words against them, and over 1/3 have seen hate-related graffiti at school
But there is something we can do about it!
|ADL's nationally recognized No Place for Hate® initiative and A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE® Institute bullying prevention programs enable schools to promote respect for individual and group differences while challenging prejudice and bigotry.
Time and time again, ADL has helped schools become more inclusive and welcoming to all.
That's why the Gordmans chain of retail stores has selected ADL’s No Place for Hate® initiative as its back-to-school "Helping Hands" charity. And you can join us.
Between August 1 and September 2, as guests in 86 Gordmans retail locations, you can donate to strengthen No Place for Hate® and other ADL Education initiatives in your community. Gordmans stores will also be offering educators a discount of 20% off purchases they make during this time.
So drop into a Gordmans store to say thank you.
Together we can make our schools and communities No Place for Hate!
